Type the word "vitality" in Google and the fatigue strikes at you! Vitality covers in most cases not the load. We have more than 2000 dietitians but the number of people with various types of overweight is increasing. We smoke less but cardiovascular diseases dramatically increase. 

Vitality is not only healthy eating & exercise but more than that: motivation, mental stability and the ability of having goals in one’s life, are a measure of success. We offer projects in lifestyle in a broad variety: it is not just about the weight of an individual but mainly about the "circle of influence" around the person. This determines his or her (un)healthy behavior. What can he or she change and which strategy is preferably to be obtained?
